Balabharati team shares with you highlights of the month.

Since the last update given in end of December, we have the following news to share.

After Balasangama..

Few apartments such as Keerti Gardenia, VM Serenity, SLS Spencer, Concorde Manhattans had a special event post Balasangama where the elders shared their appreciation and encouraged the children for participating in Balasangama representing their apartment. In some places, the Shikshikas themselves prepared eatables for kids and served. A token of appreciation ( gift ) was also given to kids. 

In Kethana Eternal Blosom, Sarovar and few other apartments, they have created a separate display board for Balabharati and displayed the prizes won by kids. This has helped to draw attention of everyone to know and involve in the process of giving values to children. 

Quite a few Balabharati centers conducted feedback baithaks post-Balasangama and shared valuable feedbacks. While many felt the grand coming together itself was a great feeling, the sessions individually were also appreciated. Balabharati team has noted the feedbacks for improvement with respect to session planning, logistics, elders movement etc and shall keep in mind for subsequent Balasangama plannings. 

Here are a few feedback messages received about Balasangama:

#    The other wonderful experience of today's event was Matroobhasha session ,which was mind blowing. Why today's parents need to converse in their mother tongue at home . The reason is Sanskar !!

#    On behalf of  our center's Balbharati  children, shikshikas and parents wholeheartedly thank the BB team for making us a part  of Balbharati  family and guiding  us from time  to time to make Balbharati  an interesting experience and also thank the  organisers of Balsangama for organising a great event. It was a very good  experience  for all  of us children, shikshikas  and parents. All  the  parents who  attended   Balsangama, praised  it and were very happy  about the  experience

#    We from our Balabharati team here thank you wholeheartedly for introducing us to this unique concept and we have been enjoying being a part of it.  Yesterday's Balasangama event was a wonderful experience with our layout children and their parents . All the children who participated and their parents have thanked the Balabharati and the Balasangama organisers for their amazing dedication and very disciplined organisation of the event. Thanking you and the whole team once again

#     A Day well spent, kids and parents were well engaged with activities. Should attend the event every year. Lots of enthusiastic kids and parents. Lots to learn from this event for our centre.

A note regarding Balabharati Magazine to parents :  ( BB Magazine subscription card image attached ): 

Dear Parents,

Namaste. As we all know, an important element of the Balabharati activity is the monthly Balabharati Magazine. This serves not only as reading material for children, but also as the core content

for the activities such as Stories to be taken by shikshikas/shikshaks.The magazine is prepared by a team of shikshikas who have gained experience by conducting Balabharati themselves and have also now started contributing to the content.

This is to kindly bring to the attention of parents for sharing the magazine printing cost by contributing INR150 for a year (12 issues) towards printing expense. Each kid is being given a subscription card starting from Jan 2018 where the amount given and the collection of monthly magazine can be noted. For those who have joined subscription in middle of 2017 and gave for 12 issues, the amount for 2018 may be collected pro-rata. Thank you for the good will, encouragement and involvement in the Balabharati activity.
